Shine actively engages in partnerships with local and non-local organizations and development groups, fostering an environment that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of aid distribution. In a bid to maximize the potential of these collaborations, Shine took the initiative to establish the Sunshine NGO Forum. This forum serves as a collective representation of all development entities, departments, and groups operating within the Ndlambe Municipality. Its primary objective is to encourage collaboration and cultivate capabilities aimed at optimizing aid delivery within Ndlambe.
