The Youth Development Programme helps young people discover their potential, build confidence, develop life skills, and access opportunities that contribute to healthy, meaningful, and productive lives.
Through sport, arts and culture, leadership development, career awareness, positive youth initiatives, educational support, and community partnerships, we help young people develop the skills, experiences, and relationships needed to thrive.
The programme works directly with youth while also supporting the coaches, activity providers, artists, volunteers, and organisations that contribute to positive youth development throughout Ndlambe.

Youth networking and leadership opportunities
We believe that every young person deserves access to opportunities that help them discover their strengths, develop confidence, and build a positive future.
By supporting both young people and the wider network of adults, organisations, and activity providers around them, we aim to create an environment where youth can thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
The Youth Development Programme works closely with schools, sports clubs, arts organisations, community groups, businesses, government departments, and development partners.
Together, we create opportunities that help young people build skills, access support, and realise their potential.
