Many people face personal barriers that make it difficult to participate fully in employment, enterprise development, training, family life, and community activities.
This programme helps individuals build the confidence, resilience, wellbeing, and life skills needed to participate more successfully in other Sunshine Life Centre opportunities.
We work closely with psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation centres, support groups, health professionals, and community organisations.
Where additional support is needed, we help connect individuals and families to the most appropriate services available.
